As a diehard baseball fan, one of the things on my bucket list was to see Fenway Park.  I did not necessarily care to see the Red Sox.....but this ballpark was a must-see baseball landmark!  It was opened April 20, 1912....and is the oldest Major League stadium currently in use.

Jenesa and I spent the afternoon walking the streets outside the ballpark, and hoping to get a stadium tour.  Unfortunately, all tours were sold out and our schedule prevented us from booking one on this trip.  I wanted to get a glimpse of the park from the inside.....and, as luck would have it, I got my chance!

It's known as the Bleacher Bar located under/behind the walls of Fenway Park's Green Monster!  Upon entering the bar, a large screened opening allows you to view the field and ballpark from anywhere in the room.  It certainly satisfied my desire to see Fenway and experience the Green Monster....while also enjoying a refeshing Boston Lager from the bar!
