Our first adventure was a trip on the Maid of the Mist. For over 150 years this boat has taken tourists through the foaming waters beneath the falls. The journey begins under the Observation Tower, where we received a free souvenir rain poncho! The boat ride then takes you to the base of the American Falls and then circles around in front of the Canadien Falls. Either way, we were screwed if the boat got slightly off- course!
